Items will generally be shipped out with in 24 hours, unless it is a week-end, in which case your item will be shipped on Monday.

 If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from K and K Kreations, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  We apologize, but you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your item back in the box it arrived in.

 We pack each item as carefully as possible, but we can not guarantee how the shipping company will handle your product once it leaves our hands.
